    1. South Korea Shipping

    Free Domestic Shipping on all orders via Post Office Parcel.

     

    2. International Shipping

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight.

    • Standard Shipping: Delivered via Korea Post K-Packet (Estimated 7-21 business days).
    • Express Shipping: Delivered via Korea Post EMS (Estimated 3-7 business days).
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs processing.


    3. Shipping Terms

    • Handling Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
    • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package via the Korea Post tracking website.
    • Undelivered Parcels: If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks, a refund will be issued automatically (excluding the original shipping cost).
    • Lost or Damaged Goods: Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 30 days of the dispatch date. Queries raised after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

     

    4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Please be advised that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. As these charges vary by destination and are not included in our shipping rates, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding duty-free thresholds (de minimis) and specific regulations before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
